- HELP is a 6-week programme focused on improving your eating habits & running ability.
- It includes the first initial Nutritional Consultation along with an additional 5 weeks of follow ups with Lucy

- The HELP Programme incorporates a 6-week running plan & coaching support with Maurice Looby of Maurice Looby Fitness. All running plans are tailored towards your level whether you are a complete beginner to the more advanced runner. If you want a beginners 0-5k or a are aiming to increase your speed as a runner, Maurice can tailor the plan to suit your ability & end goal
- This programme is ideal for someone who wants to reacquaint with running but maybe gained a little extra weight while taking a break from training or for someone who has taken up running & you feel like you are trying to outrun a bad diet then this is the programme for you
