The weekly check-in is fundamental for keeping you motivated & accountable. Let’s face it, it can be very hard to stay focused without the right support in place. Each week you weigh in with an emphasis on a full body analysis, not just the number on the scales. Your food diary for the previous week is reviewed & your plan is amended appropriately for the week ahead. As you come close to reaching your end goal check-ins can be adjusted to fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on your needs.

Each follow up builds on the previous week encouraging progress while being mindful that it’s a pace you can maintain alongside the demands of your home and work life.
